I am the Facilities Manager at KHS&SC and have known Mr. Kevin McCowan for several years, making his acquaintance when he was the Site Manager for the company who built our Third Generation Astroturf pitch.

Mr. McCowan impressed me with his no nonsense and straight talking approach to all aspects of his work. The work that was carried out on our site to build the Third Generation pitch was excellent and delivered on schedule. We were very pleased with the finished facility and our dealings with Mr. McCowan on a personal level.

 

When Mr. McCowan approached me in his new position as Director of Global Maintainance Ltd I was happy to listen to him in regards to maintenance of our Astroturf and after seeking advise from the manufacturer, I have subsequently committed to a maintenance contract for the rotary brush service of our Astroturf .

We have only had the first brushing of the Astroturf at this point, therefore I am unable to vouch for the long-term value but the initial brushing does appear to have been beneficial to the surface and certainly has a ‘deeper’ effect on the Astroturf than the ‘in-house’ surface brushing we do weekly.

In all my dealings with Mr. McCowan I have found him to be professional, trustworthy, true to his word, flexible and easy to work with. Kevin simply does what he says he will do. I would have no reservations recommending Mr. McCowan to anyone thinking of dealing with him and Global Maintainance Ltd.
